I've talked previously about corruption in the employment procedure in Lebanon and how CVs most of the time are worthless and interviewing to choose the best candidates is not serious, competence is not the standard only connected people no matter how dumb they are get the job, and brilliant people whether engineers or not are disrespected by employers when they try to get a job and they end up leaving the country to make success stories outside.
I will not talk more I'll let the picture do the talking, the construction of this bridge is not finished yet and that's what happened.
